FAQs

~ Where are you located?
I am located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I service Pensacola to Panama City and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure as to whether you fall into my service area, email me and I will let you know. Special arrangements can be made, but there may be a travel fee.

~ Do you have a studio?
No, I don't currently have a studio. I am an "On Location" photographer. Meaning, that I come to you. I can bring lights, backdrops and props as needed, at a location of your choice. Sessions can be inside, outside or both.

~ What should I wear?
Usually a solid color top and jeans or skirt, dress pants or dress work best, however it is whatever is most comfortable for you.

~ Can I bring a change of clothing?
Of course! A change of clothes is always welcomed. Especially if the shoot is for a child or baby. Be mindful, however, that your session fee does only cover 2hrs of my time. If you wish to have a longer session it is $35hr extra. (I don't always guarantee that I will have the extra time to extend a session, so that decision is something that needs to be discussed in advance.)

~ How many proofs can I expect from our session?
Typically there will be about 15-30 images, posted to a proofing gallery, for you to choose from. I will choose the best images from the session, you will not see every image taken from our session.

~ How long before I can view my photos?
Your proofs will be available for you to see between 2 weeks - 1 month after our session. I will usually post a sneak peek for you to see here on the blog and Facebook page. I know how much you want to be able to view your photos ASAP, so I will always try my best to have your photos up and in the gallery as close to the 2 week mark as possible. (This time frame does not apply to weddings)

~ How do I place an order?
You can place your order on the proofing website or by emailing your order directly to me at aryn_fenton@arynfentonphotography.com

~ After I have placed an order, how long before I receive it?
For a Digital Package order, it will take about 3-4 business days for me to complete your disc either for delivery or pick-up. For Print Package orders, I will place your order with my professional lab the next day and it make take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive and be ready for pick-up or delivery. If you live out of state these times can be extended up to an additional week, as they will be arriving via USPS.

~ Money's tight...Can I make payments on my purchase?
Well, yes and no. The $75 Session Fee, must be paid upfront before a session can be booked. However, you can make payments on your package purchase. For now, 45 days is the maximum for any payment arrangements. *Important Note: No Prints/Products will be ordered until payment is received in full. 

~ What types of payments are accepted?
I accept Cash and Checks (made out to Aryn Fenton). There is a $30.00 returned check fee, and any future payments will be accepted in CASH only. All major credit cards can be made through PayPal or the Proofing Website.
